About Spirit Quest

Spirit Quest is for people who are searching for a personal connection with spirit – and who enjoy walking with like-minded folk in beautiful countryside – and who are excited by the opportunity to connect with spirit through nature.

A communication, a connection, with the spirit world, with God/Goddess, universal intelligence, universal energy. We each might describe it in a different way, but for most of us , it all comes down to the same thing – a search, a quest for a connection with an almighty power of which we feel a part and with which and to which we wish to be connected – to have an active and living connection.

Many of us feel that we live in a very material and physical world – and indeed, of course, we do live in the most material and the most physical and the fastest world and time that there has ever been.

We each encounter more change in a year than our grandparents did in a lifetime. Many of us encounter more change in a month than our great-grandparents did in a lifetime.

And we know – we just know in our hearts, in our souls – that there is something more.

Spirit Quest is a weekend spent in the depths of Nature, in the heart of the Lake District in the north-west of England. During this weekend, we combine the physical and the metaphysical, the spiritual and the material.

It is my belief that one of the great challenges – if not the greatest challenge – of this particular lifetime is for us to find the compatibility between the spiritual and the material, the physical and the metaphysical.

During the walks, there will be time for meditations, for asking for advice and guidance, for making a connection with spirit through nature:

• talking with the spirits, or devas, of trees, of other plants, of animals, and even of inanimate subjects such as a dry stone wall and a stone hut.
• talking with the spirits of other people
• receiving messages about your life’s work, about your life purpose, messages that can help you greatly in whatever you are doing, whatever you are being, whatever you plan to do, whatever you plan to be!
• feeling alive and vibrant and fully energised.

The next Spirit Quest will be on April 8 – 10, 2012 – Easter weekend

- starting at 2.00pm on Friday and finishing at 3.00pm on Sunday
