Spirit Quest is one or two days spent in the depths of nature, in the heart of the Lake District. During this weekend, we combine the physical and the metaphysical, the spiritual and the material.
Spirit Quest is a combination of spiritual exercises and meditations, with long walks in the hills during which further meditations and spiritual exercises take place.
This has proved to be very effective in helping previous participants to connect clearly with Spirit. It has also been a significant healing experience.
It runs from Saturday moring till Sunday afternoon.
